Studio questions

Answers before you make your first cut.

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. Beginner courses introduce tools, seams, stuffing, and finishing in a deliberate order. Each catalog entry identifies its recommended level.

Do I need a sewing machine?

No. Many projects can be completed by hand with a needle, thread, fabric scissors, pins, stuffing, and a calm work surface. Course descriptions explain any specialized requirements.

How long do lessons take?

Durations are estimates for focused practice rather than deadlines. You may revisit a lesson and divide the work into shorter studio sessions.

Can I keep a list of courses I want to compare?

Use Follow in the catalog to save course IDs in your browser, then review them on the Fallows page. Clearing browser storage removes that list.

Where can I see courses added to my cart?

Select Add to cart on a catalog card, then open Cart from the shared navigation. Quantities and the displayed total are stored locally in your browser.

Are materials included in the course price?

Physical materials are not shipped by the studio unless a specific offer says otherwise. Every catalog item includes a materials list so you can prepare thoughtfully.

Can I ask for help with a difficult technique?

Yes. Contact the studio with your course name and a clear description of the difficulty. We will suggest the most useful next step when possible.

Is a particular result guaranteed?

No. The courses teach reliable methods and encourage personal decisions, but materials, practice, and interpretation affect every finished doll.

How do I ask about access or refunds?

Send a detailed message through the contact page. The team can explain current access and review purchase concerns under the terms that apply to your order.
